Hello everyone! The dawn of 2026 is about to illuminate the world, and we’re soon set to journey together through 2025—a year brimming with transformation and abundant rewards. At this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, on behalf of the Group’s Board of Directors and management team, I’d like to extend our sincerest gratitude and warmest wishes to all CIMC employees and their families, who are tirelessly working on every front around the globe—and, by the way, to all friends who have shown concern and support for CIMC’s endeavors!
Look back 2025 The century-long global transformation is accelerating, and the world economy is demonstrating resilience beyond expectations amid twists and turns. Immersed in a grand era marked by both opportunities and challenges, all members of CIMC are firmly committed to high-quality development. With the “unremitting self-improvement” spirit and a relentless pursuit of excellence, we have not only stabilized our core business but also achieved breakthrough progress in business optimization, technological innovation, and green development—laying a solid foundation for our journey toward becoming a world-class enterprise. The Group’s strategic development continues to deepen around the overarching theme of “focusing on high-quality development and building new drivers of growth.” Despite a complex operating environment, each business segment has demonstrated remarkable strategic resilience. In the first three quarters, the Group achieved an operating revenue of 117.061 billion RMB (the same applies below), with net profit attributable to shareholders reaching 1.566 billion RMB. Moreover, net cash flow from operating activities surged by 510.19% to 9.827 billion RMB.
This year, we demonstrated “resilience” in the face of headwinds and delivered a high-quality development report card. Faced with a complex environment, we are focusing on our strategy and operating steadily, further solidifying our operational foundation. The robust growth in operating cash flow provides a strong financial base for the group’s development. Container business Production and sales volumes remain at a solid level, and modular construction projects in the Middle East, as well as integrated hydrogen-powered cabins for marine applications, have entered the South American market, marking a new breakthrough in global market development. Under the guidance of the “1+3” green development strategy, the construction of a green manufacturing system has achieved remarkable results. Vehicle Business Only with... Starlink Guided by strategy, the effort to combat “involution” has achieved initial results. Energy Chemical Business Leveraging our leading position in key equipment, core processes, and comprehensive solutions for clean energy, we are helping to build industrial ecosystems for hydrogen energy, LNG, green methanol, and other sectors, thereby accelerating the green transformation of traditional energy sources. Airbridge operations Continuing to maintain a growth trajectory, the world’s first intelligent unmanned aircraft docking system has been put into operation, driving the industry toward smart and efficient transformation and upgrading. Marine Engineering Services The manufacturing sector achieved a significant performance boost, continuously securing orders from high-end international customers and making positive progress in implementing its “oil-to-gas” strategy. Logistics Services Business Consistently ranked fourth in the comprehensive ranking and third in the ocean shipping ranking of China’s international freight forwarding and logistics industry, our business strengths continue to consolidate, and our industry position is steadily strengthening.
This year, amid profound changes, we’ve forged a “leading hub for technological innovation,” painting a vivid picture of “moving forward toward the new and achieving self-reliance in science and technology.” On our journey to serve national strategies and the global energy transition, We’ve left a profound “CIMC imprint”: delivering the world’s largest, next-generation offshore wind installation vessel; pioneering the world’s first modular wind turbine nacelle, breaking through core key technologies and leading the transformation of the wind power industry; deploying the nation’s first low-temperature liquid ammonia transport vehicle for the first time in a green ammonia project; putting into operation the nation’s first 30 MPa hydrogen transport vehicle; delivering the nation’s first direct river-sea LNG carrier capable of swapping tanks—systematically addressing challenges in green energy equipment. On the path of scientific and technological innovation, For the first time, we have released the “White Paper on Technological Innovation,” clearly outlining a development path centered on high-endization, digital intelligence, and green transformation. CIMC Environmental Technology and Xinhui CIMC have successfully been included in the national-level 5G factory roster, demonstrating recognition of their strong capabilities in intelligent manufacturing. The inaugural Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition highlights the innovative strength of CIMC’s young talents, while the first “Jixing Cup” AI Competition has ignited the collective wisdom of all employees. On the path of integrated industry-academia-research practice, The group has joined forces with universities to tackle key technologies and equipment for welding, winning three first-class awards for scientific and technological progress at the provincial and ministerial levels. Together with several research institutions, it has also mastered cold-chain preservation technology for fruits and vegetables, earning a first-class award for scientific and technological achievements from the Ministry of Education. The Container Group and Xinhui CIMC have both been successfully included on the list of recommended “National Demonstration Enterprises for Intellectual Property,” marking a new milestone in their intellectual property management capabilities.
This year, we’re cultivating a “second growth curve” amid stability. We are committed to “focusing efforts on both ends”—strengthening our traditional strengths and exploring emerging fields. On the one hand, we will deepen our focus on our core business and continue to expand our competitive edge in our key areas. Dalian CIMC has been selected as a “Manufacturing Single-Champion Enterprise” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. As of now, CIMC has received a total of nine national-level “Manufacturing Single-Champion Enterprises (Products)” designations. CIMC Vehicles Successfully completed the delivery of a 140 million yuan order in Africa, highlighting the overseas competitiveness of China’s equipment manufacturing industry. CIMC Enric Secured a 60-million-order from Saudi Arabia’s chemical giant, marking our entry into the Middle East gas storage engineering market. The main construction phase of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Legislative Council Complex Expansion Project—built with the participation of CIMC Modular Buildings—has been officially completed, providing a replicable “Hong Kong model” for green and smart construction in highly dense urban areas worldwide. On the other hand, forging a future in the green transition and global markets. From the official launch of the world’s first large-scale, fully automated powder-coating line for containers to the development of a globally leading, intelligent cargo hub; from the nation’s first mass-produced biomass methanol project and the 100% conversion of coke oven gas to the successful construction of China’s first car carrier that meets the new international standards for transporting new-energy vehicles—we are actively collaborating with our strategic partners. Our green, emerging businesses are demonstrating tremendous potential and are steadily laying the foundation for the Group’s robust “second growth curve.” CIMC Green Manufacturing is at the forefront of the industry, with CIMC BaoWei awarded the title of “Zero-Carbon Factory” in Shanghai and CIMC Tenda receiving the designation of “Near-Zero-Carbon Factory.” This year, major Group projects have been featured three times on “Xinwen Lianbo,” and numerous special reports on intelligent manufacturing and green development have been published in the People’s Daily. These achievements vividly illustrate how CIMC’s unwavering focus on its core business and commitment to strengthening its real economy have earned national recognition.
